Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, select Loslo, and choose Cancel Subscription. Your access stays active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Sign in to the App Store with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe, open Loslo, go to Settings in the app, and tap Restore Purchase.
How do I delete my account and my data?
Open Loslo, go to Settings → Account → Delete my account. This permanently removes your profile, your daily logs, and your history. If you can't access the app, email us and we'll do it for you.
The app crashes or my data didn't sync
Please check that you're on the latest version of Loslo and iOS, then restart the app. If the problem continues, email us with the details listed above — we'll investigate.
